Car park being dug up,so limited parking and bit chaotic
Bought a TV on my argos card. After 2 weeks it wouldn't come off standby. Took it in to be returned, 15 mins before closing, and was told I needed a receipt, which was fair enough, I explained I bought it online on my argos card. I was told there was nothing they could do, they gave me a number (which was wrong) to get a new reciept sent to me. So I finally get through to the right number who emal me as they lock the doors. The lady on the phone then tells me "oh, they could have done this in store*. so I drive home and as im getting my TV out of the car I knock it and there is now screen damage. I take it back the next day to be told I cant return due to the damage. When I explained that its only damaged because the staff wouldn't take it the night before, I was given the customer service number and that was that. Awful, if the staff had done their job first time over, this wouldnt have happened. terrible

Fast Track is supposed to be F A S T. Not at this Argos where there is no staff member at the Fast Track counter.
Picked up reservation and the outer box is damaged badly and looks like its been opened. Its the only one they had so I asked if they could take some money off (only a small amount, just a gesture) as when I buy a new product o would like it to be in new condition. Their response was an immediate no. If these retailers want to survive they need to become more customer focused! In hindsight this annoyed me so much I will be returning the item.
